1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of inflatable pools and accessories offered by iPOOLGO PISCINE on this website. Placing an order implies full acceptance of them.
2. Orders
Orders are placed through the website form, with no online payment. Each order receives a unique reference in the IPG-YYYY-XXXXXX format for tracking.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding any delivery costs. iPOOLGO PISCINE may change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when ordering.
4. Delivery
Indicative lead times are 3 to 7 working days in Europe and 7 to 15 working days for other destinations. Delays cannot give rise to cancellation or compensation.
5. Warranty and withdrawal
Each product carries the warranty stated on its product page. Customers have 14 days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal; the product must be returned complete and unused.
